At Pat Crawford DDS, we use two types of dental veneers. The first type of veneers is when you just take a little bit of enamel off the tooth before a 3D scan of the tooth is performed. The second type is no-prep. This means that we don’t take any enamel off before an 3D scan of the tooth is taken and then the veneer is created during the same visit on our Cerec Machine which mills the perfectly fitting veneer right in our office.

Not only does this new technology create great looking and fitting veneers it also reduces the number of visits and time required.  You can usually get a new veneer in one visit.

Do you have a favorite movie start? Next time you’re watching them, notice how shiny their teeth arethey might have porcelain veneers.
